idk why but i totally just got a visual of you taking a phone book and wacking her with it!
i actually went to her show to be a part of the audience. she was eh. i wasnt impressed. and i HATE the EVOO..
i do respect her for her success though.
the day i was there the women from the supermarket she used to do demonstrations at were there and she went up to the gave them hugs and kisses and seemed really happy to see them.
i still think shes a quack though.

if she was actually a nice person in real life, id probably like her more, but the fact that ive been told numerous times that she is a bossy b*tch really deflated my opinion of her.
she has a good product and appeals to a wide audience..but her fake "character" that she portrays gets more and more annoying each time i see her due to the fact that it is..well, FAKE

She is a little annoying, but I've watched her show all summer since I've been off and now I know how to cook. Most of her 30 minute meals take me an hour and a half though.

this bugs me a little cuz she is not a trained chef. she's just a cook like anyone else who cooks. she doesn't belong on the list!

I spent a lot of time in Lake Luzerne as a kid- loved it. We used to eat at the Waterhouse almost every night we were there (my dad worked at Saratoga, they loved track guys there). Everyone in LL is so nice, I can't picture her fitting in at all!

Honestly, I used to go to the Waterhouse ALL the time, until I go really horrid treatment from them because I wasn't a "local". I don't go there anymore, even though my parents live there 1/2 the year.
She supposedly never gave props to the Saratoga Price Chopper she worked in where she was doing little demos and such. The people in the Price Chopper don't care for her much, needless to say......

I agree. Her recipes don't always take 30 mins. I think my aunt made one that took 2 hrs. to prepare
