Medford home for sale
My sister and bil are selling their home located in the pines in Medford. They gutted and redid the house a couple of years ago. It has all new siding, windows and roof. The floors and carpets are new. The walls are all replaced the sheet rock and painted. The kitchen and baths are redone as well. Everything is perfect. It has 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs is the eat in kitchen. den/dining room, play room, office/bedroom, full bath and living room. It has lots of storage and a big yard.
They had expected to raise their family here but had an unexpected addition to the family. Now they need a bigger house. It is priced to sell considering all the updates put in. Here is a pic and the MLS Number is 2077420

how many bedrooms does it have? from your description it has 4 and mlsli says 5?

mls descibes anything that can be closed off and has a closet as a bedroom. Technically it is a cape so it has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. But they took off a door to turn one of the downstairs bedrooms into a playroom for the kids. That room still has a closet so it could be turned back into a bedroom. But as it is it has 3 bedrooms up and 1 down

I sure hope so. She is due soon so they had to put two kids in one room to free up the nursery. They are killing eachother  Nothing like sisterly love

there is a train station in Medford but not too many trains stop there during the day. The Ronkonkoma station isnt far away and I think most people leave from there.

not good... you would be looking at almost 2 hours to penn station
