For DD it really depends on the brand...
Children's Place - 18 months
Carters - 12 or 18 months depending on style
(though she still has some 9 month and 6 month pajamas  )
In general with other stuff, she's in 18 months...

DD is 21 months and wears 24 months or 2T depending upon brand- she's a skinny minnie!

Christopher is 15 months and wears 12 months or 18 months. 12 month stuff still fits, but we have a lot of 18 month stuff, so he wears that too, shorts are very long on him tho.
His shoe size is a 4.5 wide. He wears a size 4 diaper.

dd is 22 almost 23 months and wears mostly 3T a few 2 t stuff
Ds is 4 months and wears 3-6

Oh God we are all over the place in clothes sizes over here cuz I have a skinny minny 2 year old... Let's see if I can breaking it down here:
Pants: 12-18 months and sometimes just 12 months.
Shirts: 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, He wears some 2T shirts but they are big
PJ's - 2T or 3T if they are the tight fitting kind. Actually he has a pair that is a 4T that fits him perfect. They are a 4T but look like a 2T...LOL that's how small looking they are...LOL LOL
Rompers (My Favorites): 24 months
Shoes: Size 6
And get this...he has a pair of shorts that are a size 3-6 months that still fit him...

Bella is going to be 3 in September. She is 2T capris and shorts and 3T tops (girl's got a loooong torso and short legs, just like her daddy!)

DS #1 is almost 6 and he wears size 6. His shoes are 1 1/2 - 2 
DD just turned 4 and wears a 4. She wears 9 1/2 - 10 shoes. Her waist is skinny she can actually wear a 18m shorts (I found this out recently in an emergency)
DS #2 is 26 months and wears mostly 2T. Sometimes 3T if the tops run small. He wears a 9 shoe.

DS is 6 months old and wears mainly 6-9 month clothes but he does still fit into some 3-6 months. He is a peanut though.

Cailen doesn't look that big to me! I'm surprised about the sizes!
Emma is 16 months (tomorrow), wears 12 month pants, 12 or 18 month shirts, 12 or 18 month dresses and size 3-3.5 shoes or 6-12 mos depending on the brand.

He wears 3T pants/shorts and 4T t-shirts. some 2T still fits him....
I'm confused by this 
DS is 2 years 8 months and I only buy him 3T in shirts now but still fits in all his 2T.. and he mostly wears 2T pants maybe a few 3T but definitely all 2T in shorts or they would literally fall down..
I meen, he has a skinny waist but he is pretty tall

Varies by brand, but mostly 3-6 months. He is only 2 months old, but is in the 95 percentile for weight and length.

DS is 13 months.
18 months tops
12-18 months shorts depending on the cut/brand.
12 months pants are too small
18 months pants are too big
He is really a size 15 months on the bottom but that does not exist.

My DS is going to be 10 months.
Gap/old Navy- 6-12 months
Children's Place- 6-9 mos. onesies/shirts and 12 months in pants
Basically at this point he is wearing both 6-9 months and 12 month stuff. It really depends on the brand.

Rj will be 3 in Sept.
He wears 2t shirts
and either 24months or 2t pants...
He really needs 2t length but 18-24 months waist... We roll the tops over a lot of use belts...
For the most part Rj has always been true to size- leaning slightly towards the smaller end.
He wears an 8.5-9 sneaker

Almost 6 mos and he's in 6-12 in just about everything and is on his way out of the 6-9 / 9 in Carters and Osh Kosh.
