Dear Bank of America

Let me count the ways you suck . . .

you make my DH's life miserable every day at work when he has to deal with the BS from your employees who are too damn lazy to put a TV on channel 3.

This in turn makes my life miserable when he comes home from work and spends an hour venting about how much you suck.

When my CC statement comes in the mail and the due date is whatever, and I go to the bank on that date to pay, but then get charged a late fee because I went to the bank after 3 PM, so it didn't post until the next day.

When my CC statement comes in and the due date is on a Saturday, and I go to the bank before 3PM (because I learned from the last time) and I find out when the next statement comes in that it didn't post until Monday, so I get charged another late fee.

When my CC statement comes in and I get charged an over the limit fee because I got charged a late fee .

When I call you to complain about said late fee and over the limit fee, and you tell me you can't help me because I'm over the limit! Ummm, hello, I'm only over the limit because you charged me a late fee because the bill was due on a Saturday and you don't take payments on Saturdays but that wasn't posted on my statement anywhere.

Bank of America YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
