savvy shoppers i need your help!!!
so i have been looking for the perfect dining room table for 2 years now. nothing seems to fit the idea of what we both want..until now!! i found the table but...it only comes with benches or these cool metal chairs that hubby won't let me get. sooooo i need help in finding chairs for the table. do you think its going to be impossible to find chairs that will match? what is your advice? heres a pic of the dining room now with the old table. its a casual dining room.

maybe something like this? (ikea)
I've noticed a trend of moving away from the whole matchy-matchy look. Not sure if that applies to dining sets, too, but if it's informal, i like the contrast....

there were really nice ones on the back of the macy's furniture catalog

my suggestions depending on the look you're after...
Honey Weave
leather - orange, red or green
There are lots of options including a basic black chair or a slip cover chair -- take a look

LOVE the new table. you definitely needs something rustic.
this eddy west chair. various stain options available.
country-tique has some nice options but from my experience, they are $$$. again, all are available in various stains.

Broyhill has chairs that I think would match that because they have the same table. I also agree with the black chairs. My mom has it and it looks great!!!! It is what I plan to do in my own dining room when we go to purchase a new table/chairs

Love that table!!! exactly the kind I want when we renovate the kitchen and dining room...Have you considered pairing it with some upholstered chairs?? thats what I want to do..let me see if I can find examples of what I mean...

The table is in the second picture and then there are 2 style chairs they have besides the one in the table picture. I didn't post the picture but there is also one with a wicker bottom.
Also the chairs come in white, black, the brown and a cherry wood color.
You can look on broyhillfurniture.com and search attic heirloom dinning rooms. Also raymour & flannigan on 110 and the one on glen cove road have them set up in their showroom.Image Attachment(s):
