Anyone know when Verizon Fios will be available in Holbrook?
I really want to switch, but I called today and they couldn't tell me anything

It's been in Holbrook. My parents have had it for months.
I put my phone # on the Fios website and it said it would email me when it's available in my area

do you know if any of your neighbors have it or are eligible for it? If they do, you can call and tell them your neighbors have it, may be something that has to be fixed with you address in verizon records.

It doesn't matter a whole lot which town you are in, or if FiOS is in your town already, it really depends on your street.
My phone line and electric lines go toward the back of my house to the poles behind me. My FiOS wire goes to the poles in front of my house, since there are no FiOS wires on the street behind me. That means that even though *I* have FiOS, the houses that touch my property but are on the other street can't get it.....

We had the FIOS guys out here in late 2006 and early 2007 at our apartment complex then the complex sold and the new company told the FIOS guys to stop all work.
