HA! DH and I are still pizzed that we missed that big blackout a few years ago (the one in August) - we were in New Hampshire.
We don't have AC, so it's not like we're missing anything when we lose power!

I love em!!!
We live at a relatively high elevation and so we have an incredible view of the LI Sound and everything south of us as far as Patchogue.
It's VERY cool to see a storm approach us!!!

I'm guessing Queens is getting it now...
I'm in E. Northport and nothing yet.

Yeah I was watching the game too when all of a sudden we see tons of paper flying in the air and onto the field.
Wagner and schoenweiss helped cover the field.

She was acting like a lunatic before! Barking like I've never heard! We brought her up into the bed and she is now passed out - I guess she feels safe in here with us. (I'm typing from bed right now). I guess it was the electricity in the air that had her riled up.
How does Lu do with the storms?
