You have to save it as a jpeg file so you can post it here. When you click "save as"...go down to jpeg and click save. It will save it as a copy. Then you can post it here. If you have trouble resizing it, just put it in your album.

You would
File /Save As a jpg file. You can upload it to your album & post it using Insert Web Image or you can lower the resolution on it.
