I don't think this is a prank...b/c the show is already on Howard on Demand, and they did not include the Artie "segment" of the show....
Hopefully this vacation will be good for everyone, especially Artie.

Artie had a fight with his assistent Teddy and it got physical. He also said he was going to resign and Howard accepted his resignation on the air. I tend to think it's not a prank either.

OMG, I ran into my work truck today to find out if he was on and was so pizzed when it was replays!
I didn't know they were on vacation this week!
I am hoping the news people will give us an update during the week!

I DEF. don't believe that it is a prank. They didn't even replay the show over the weekend, or that day in the afternoon, so you know that it really happened.
Howard 100 news did report that Artie made it to Amsterdam and that Teddy went too, they just looked at each other on the plane and did not say anything.
I TRULY hope that Artie comes back. I love him and show would not be the same without him.

Artie hinted that he and Dana were talking but then he was talking about some young girl he was sleeping with. I think he is in a bad way. That show where he slept after he fell off the couch was disturbing. He is either sick or on drugs again.

I watched enough celebrity rehab to know that the anger in his voice def sounded drug envolved...either on them, coming down, or needing them

He is constantly sweating too as his weight is out of control. I really hope that he can realize what he is doing to himself before it is too late. He is such a talented comic and seems to be a really nice person, and I would hate to see anything happen to him.

On the On Demand show they have clips from that day, but not from the actual fight. Before one of the shows there was a statement that said something like "As of right now we are unable to show the Artie and Teddy fight. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to show it in it's full entirety". Or something like that.
It's really sad to see him fall apart like this. He is a great asset to the show if he would just clean himself up.
