It did for me. DS came a week early on a full moon. I think it your ready to go (I had been having alot of braxton hicks the prior week) it can help put your body into gear.
And the delivery floor was packed. My midwife had already delivered 2 babies the night she admitted me.

No. In Feb my friend was past her due date and there was a full moon. We were all saying that would bring on her labor. But it didn't happen for another week after that!

Let's hope so! My due date is Wednesday and I have a feeling I'll be late, but hope I go into labor by the 20th!!
