anyone get a defective OPK?
I tried to test yesterday with a CBE OPK and got an error on the test - I look in the manual and it says not to use any of the remaining tests in the box and to call Customer service (they don't open until 8:30am)
So luckily I had some First Responce OPKs my sister gave me(she had leftovers) and detected my LH surge (yay!)
But I'm really annoyed because the CBE OPKs we $40! I don't want them to send me a coupon for more tests - what if I get PG this month?
Has anyone else gotten a defective test? Did they give yo a refund?

I have gotten error messages before. In my case, it's because I insert the stick & then pull off the cap when you're supposed to take the cap off first. I've always popped the stick out, waited for the message to clear & popped the stick back in since I hadn't even peed on it yet. I've never gotten a message saying to discard the box.
I would definately call customer service! That's BS especially since those tests are so expensive. Maybe you can get a coupon for all Cleablue products in general. This way, if you get pregnant you can use the coupon for HPTs.

ITA! I've never had to discard the whole box... just waited for the message to clear (which takes like 8 minutes or something like that) then tried it again.
Maybe Customer service can send you a e-coupon or something so you can have it more quickly?

Yeah, I was really bummed, I wanted to see that smiley! 
I just got off the phone with customer service and they are going to send me a refund *phew* She did first offer a merchandise coupon, but I'm hoping I won't need $40 in HPTs or another month of OPKs 
It is sooo my luck to get the dud box of OPKs
