it wasn't meant to promote my sleeves (and thanks by the way) i'm just saying no one can understand the judgemental eyes of others and dealing with people constantly staring at you or talking crap about you because you have tattoos. it's very difficult to deal with sometimes to be honest with you. especially when random people think it's ok to come up to you and touch you. it's not ok. sorry now im just ranting

BUT see... you did it again. Lots of people here have tattoos  People look. Isn't that why we got tattoos cause we liked them... And maybe cause we like for people to see our art otherwise they would be in places people don't see

Funny, I would totally get a Queens tattoo!!!! I am not even joking! It's hard to explain its just...."home".
Not sure where I would get it. Probably somewhere private because of work.

I have tattoos and I think people "stare" not because they think it's strange but because they are trying to see what they are. It's like asking people not to stare at the paintings in a museum. That's what they're there for.
If you have many interesting tats then I think in some way you are inviting the stares.

 i don't understand you at all. alot of people won't understand cause they aren't HEAVILY tattooed, yes, ALOT of people have tattoos, but they aren't covered in them.

Getting a tatoo doesn't make a tool. Acting like a tool, makes you a tool.
As long as you get it knowing there are people that judge tatoos, even scripty Brooklyn ones, I see no issue with it.
My hesitation on the wrist location is I picture the upscale wedding with a snotty MIL looking for an event planner. You may be ok with not working with someone who would judge a tatoo, but you're still leaving money on the table.
so beautifully stated.
it's your decision, your body. just remember that there are people who will judge them.

If I had the money I'd have alot more ink. The guy I use is a great artist but very expensive.
who do you use? quality work will be expensive. unless of course you know an amazing artist like I do. the only down fall is she moved away to Georgia. :( i need to finish my left sleeve.
