Vitamin Question
So my dr. gave me "PreCare" vitamins to start takeing a month or two before we officially start TTC. I asked her if I can just continue with my regular vitamins and was told no. So here is my question: WHY? I was looking at what and how much are in the prenatal vs. my regular and my regular have MUCH more of everything (including folic acid) the only thing that they do not have is a stool softner (not for nothing, I usually do not have a problem with this) SO should I call and explain this b/c I feel as though I'm missing a lot of things that my regular vits. give me that these do not.
ok i'm done with my rant....btw, its been a while since I've been around I hope everyone is well.

Re: Vitamin Question
In pregnancy, you can't have extra vitamin A (I think vit A) so your regular vitamin might have too much of something.
