I do. DH was beside himself when he saw our budget and everything involved in maintaining the finances. He's never been able to handle $$$.

DH takes care of everything except my CC and our cell phone bill, both of which I pay online.

we split the responsibility. He writes the checks for certain utilities, I do for others. Kinda silly, I know, but it works for us.

I do all of the bills that are related to my business myself instead of giving them to a bookkeeper. By the time I am done with that, I usually do not want to deal with the household bills, so my husband does it. I figure that as long as I know what is coming in and going out and as long as I keep up my "bill paying" and bookkeeping skills, this is a good solution for us.

90% of our bills are on auto-pay now. I  autopay.
DH handles writing out the rent check, and the 1 or 2 small household bills that aren't.
I handle my CC bill from the debt I had before we got married. Its almost gone
