OMG, I'm so glad you are okay and your babies weren't in the car.
Hope you feel better soon. Did you get a script for physical therapy? A hit like that can do a lot of damage to your muscles.

I am so glad your kids were not in the car.. i drive the same car as you and my DD sits in the back row...I am glad that everyone is ok...I am suprized they did not total the car...isn't 20000 75% of the total value of the car?

Hope you're feeling better soon! I agree, go get a script for physical therapy. The quicker you take care of it, the better off you'll be.
Also challenge them on the not totalling the car. Doesn't sound right to me.

well nothing was "official" yet. The body shop guy said he fixed the same year car with similar damage a few months ago and it cost 20,000 and the insurance company fixed it. I'm hoping to know either today or tomorrow what geico is going to do.
The guy who hit me was flying on sunrise in the snow. Like other posters said, some people think they have a truck so they can speed through the snow.
There is also some front damage. Probably will need a new front bumper.

as for PT. The hospital dr just gave me some Rx. I have to go see my regular doctor tomorrow and see what he says.
