Do you ever think that

Your whole life is just someone's dream, or maybe even your own dream?

Or, maybe our galaxy is just someone, or something else's fishbowl, sitting on their desk at work somewhere?

I think about these things all the time.

And how weird it is that we're these little creatures that run around like ants, driving their little cars, watching these little boxes with animated figures on them (tv), write their thoughts on this strange little box on their desks, etc.

Yes, I know, I'm revealing exactly how odd I am with this post

That is so weird...I used to think something similar. That my life was actually a movie that someone was watching.

Yes, sometimes I like to think that we're just a part of a long movie or something. Like our thoughts aren't really "our" thoughts but merely stuff that we're "programmed" with while we sleep.

I'm sure someone out there is watching us and thinking "Now this is good TV!!"

OMG i used to have fantasies about this as a kid...

As if one DAY I'll wake up to another life and realize EVERYTHING I had just been living was a dream?

It creeps me out to think about it.

I also wonder if this time now when we think we're awake is actually dreams and vice versa.

I also used to freak myself out by thinking how it would be if one day I would just wake up in some crazy acid trip --and am not able to communicate with people... but they just thought I was brain dead. I just couldn't move or communicate with them

I've thought about scenarios like that, but not for too long. Even if it were true, it wouldn't change my day to day reality.

I really do think about this someitmes...like, what is the purpose of this life? I mean we have families, jobs, friends, etc. but then its over and over for good...so its like what is the whole point? Also, I think about how far we've come as human beings since the beginning of times...we've invented so many brilliant things and progressed with technology so far...its all a mystery to me...but its fun...I like life and especially my life

I feel like someone is always watching me to see what choices I will make!!!! Man oh man I wish my life was a dream!!!!.... you just can't make this stuff up!

yes! i think about this alot, manly while driving. i think alot about what happens when you die and reincarnation too. I often wonder about how the heck did we get here.

Yes! DH tries to convince me that we live in the Matrix and this isn't our real lives.
