Pics of my car
If anyone is interested in seeing my car these are the pics that I just took.
The white car is the car that I am pretty sure hit me.
The guy said it probably won't be totalled because there is about 20,000 worth of damage but the car is worth more than that.

yup there is probably about 600 dollars worth of damaged baby goods.
The adjuster is going to look at all that.

Do you have to accept the Insurance Company's fixing your vehicle?
I challanged my Insurance Company after an accident because it is never the same after that much damage

Hmm. I have no idea. How would I do this? I can't imagine my car working well after that much damage either.

How are you feeling today?
very sore. Everything from my neck to my legs hurt. They gave me medicine but it maks you sedated and I don't want to take that.
I'm just so happy to be able to be home with DH, DD, DS.

I'm in Cali so I don't know if that makes a difference. When my ins. Co called they told me the $$ amount to get it fixed and I could challange the repair vs them totalling the vehicle.I told them I wouldn't settle on repair and they then
paid me the $$ instead of repairing it.
I had a Previa years ago that had the kind of damage you have and they repaired it.It was only 3 months old when this happened. It was never the same and I had to constantly have it in the shop for one thing or another!
