Hard to breathe?
I'm in my 33rd week and have been feeling very short of breath, even while I'm just sitting at my desk. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes! This kid likes to lean into my diaphram when I least expect it. I hope you have a job where you can take it easy!

Yes, my sinuses are bad, but mostly just at night. The humidifier is helping a bit. Do you have one?

Re: Hard to breathe?
I've had shortness of breath when I exert myself since I was 12 weeks. I'm sure it can only get worse...

Re: Hard to breathe?
I'm 38 weeks and I still can't breath. The baby is low and ready but I'm having a hard time as we speak (or write).

Re: Hard to breathe?
Very normal! As your baby gets bigger, it takes up more room and squishes your lungs, dimishing their breathing capacity. It also squishes your stomach and baldder, which is why pregnant women pee so often, and get heartburn a lot of the time. I'm thinking whoever planned the whole pregnancy thing didn't think it through very well, and should have made more room!! I could barely breathe pretty much the entire pregnancy!!
