AF just showed up.
I'm feeling kind of down
Onto month #6, cycle #5. We'll be starting the CBEFM this month and maybe trying out PreSeed.
Anything else you girls can recommend?

definitely get preseed now, so it comes in time for your OPK+. it really helped us, since my EWCM dried up before I O'ed....

I recommend Evening Primrose Oil (2000 mg a day). From the day AF arrives until you "O".........Increases CM. But don't use it past the "O".
