how do/did you know you are/were pregnant?

besides obviously missing your period, when you just BD when you were O did you feel different? I have some cramping in my ovary area but don't know if that's just because I'm due for AF in like 2 weeks? also I'm a little dizzy & tired. :-/

If AF is due in 2 weeks, that means you are probably ovulating right now. Even if the sperm met up with the egg right now, you wouldn't know. It takes about 5-10 days from ovulation for implantation. Symptoms don't typically occur until implantation. Some say they can feel things before implantation, but doctors say this can't be. Who knows?

I analyzed every twinge I had from the time I ovulated until I got AF. Oddly enough, the month I got my BFP I had the least amount of symptoms.

Re: how do/did you know you are/were pregnant?

I only had a few symptoms that started around 6-7DPO. I had the worst boob pain ever. It was so bad that I was seriously nervous that something was wrong with me. I was also very tired when I got home from work. I'm usually not the kind of person to take naps and I found myself laying down on the couch after cooking dinner and just being totally exhausted. I also had some strong cramps at 7DPO that didn't feel like AF cramps. For me, these were things that I never experience before so I just had a feeling that something was up.

If you know for sure that you are due for AF in 2 weeks then are definitely might be having O pains. Good luck!!

The first pregnancy, I had sore boobs and cramping.

The second pregnancy, I had cramping at around 7dpo, bleeding gums, and I was gagging on my toothbrush.

Re: how do/did you know you are/were pregnant?

for the first three months before i got PG i was sure that every symptom i felt was a PG symptom (sore nips and spotting) and of course, within a few days AF would show.

the month i got PG i had cramping from 6-9DPO and then at 9DPO i had bleeding gums and sensitivity to smell. i didn't start getting tired until after i got my BFP - and the rest of my symptoms, like nausea and sore boobs, didn't show until 5-6 weeks.

Heartburn...something I NEVER ever suffered in my life. It also continued throughout my entire pregnancy.

Re: how do/did you know you are/were pregnant?

it was obvious to me when it happened...

I normally get no symptoms prior to AF.... last month, I had pulling in my abdomen, lots of boob swelling, and 9DPO, pinching on one side.

the boobs gave it away. I KNEW I was preggo, and it was only a matter of waiting for the BFP.

But, everyone is different, and for women who normally do have boob changes, and cramping before AF, it is frequently difficult to tell....

When I was pregnant with my son, right after I conceived him, I got acne. Like I never had before. And I was very nauseous.
