Fertility Friend?

I went for my annual visit the other day,and I started to discuss TTC with the doctor. I'm not ready yet, but soon. My cycles are very long, and I have no idea when I ovulate or if I ovulate. The doctor told me to start temping and to use Fertility friend.com. Can someone help me with this site. I have no idea how to get started. Also, do you have to temp at the same time everyday. Do I temp from the first day of my period until AF shows up again. The doctor explained a little bit, but I'm still confused.
Any info would help!!

When I got started and didn't really know much the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility helped a lot! It was very informative and teaches you all you need to know about charting. I use FF to track my days but now instead of temping I use the clear blue easy fertility monitor. You do need to temp every morning at the same time for it to be accurate. Good luck!

FF has tutorials that you can use to get you acquainted with the site. They were very helpful to me. I also took my temps at the same time every day even on the weekends and vacations.
