OPK-When to test
I am starting the digital OPK for the first time tomorrow....is there any particular time of day that I should be testing?

The afternoon or evening is best because LH is metabolized later in the day. Good luck!

I agree with PP. Test in the afternoon, and try to hold in your urine for 4 hours. Good luck!
