i don't see why not, it's just cabbage, carrots and mayo! 
the mayo that delis use and people buy in stores is usually pasteurized, so it shouldn't be a problem.

thanks, that's what I thought. At my job cafe they had mushroom & swiss sliders w/fries a slaw on the menu---mmm and I don't usually like coleslaw.

early on I was on a cold slaw kick. Just make sure it's fresh. Last thing you need is food poisoning.
