Question about food you can eat?
I know some fish is off limits. What about shrimp?

I eat all fish, just not usually more than once a week
its the big white fish they say to limit...like tuna, swordfish, etc. because they are high in mercury.

Shrimp are the among the safest of all seafood.
Stay away from tuna, swordfish, shark, mackerel, tilefish.

Same here. I was also told Salmon is very good for you, however I dont like it.
