Went for a walk today
It was so warm that this afternoon when I got home I went for a nice long walk. I started out pretty strong and then was pretty tired on the way back. I really haven't exercised at all these last 5 months! I need to make it a habit. I feel good about myself for doign something though

I went at 4PM also. I only lasted like 10-15 mins -then got a cramp. The fresh air was great!
