So congested!
I've been congested for days now. Does anyone have any natural rememdies they can share, before I call the doctor?
I've been using an all natural saline spray, but that works for like 2 seconds.

DH went out and got me a humidifier and it has been the only thing that can get me through the night. That and ahot hot hot shower.
I can't believe how many of us have been sick this weekend!

I've been congested since last night. I'm going to try the humidifier tonight and hope that helps.
The dr said that we can take Chlorotrimetron (sp?) if you need to.

i did the saline mist, humifer, and shower but when i tried to sleep..congested again. my doctor told me i could use cough drops. i did and it helps alot. but i didn't take it too much cuz i was still iffy about.
it took me 2 days to clear up versus last time, took me almost 2 weeks without the drops.

My dr. had me use Neil's Med Sinus Rinse. It was a process to use, but so worth it. It really helped clear up my sinuses. I also lived on hot water with honey and lemon.

I've been using a humidifier also...I've tried the Shower Soothers and they work a little but not much.
