I want to cry
My doctor squeezed me in. They drew blood. The even gave me a sono which showed an empty uterus but the sono tech was saying it is too early. I go back Monday. Please pray I will see something then.
I believe I am 5 weeks. My LMP was 11/28 
Would I have lost it even if I have not bled at all?
ETA: Still a pretty dark line on a pregnancy test I just took. I need to be hopeful.

Did they do an external sono or internal?
I had an external done at 6w5d and I could see nothing. They went inside and viola, there was the heartbeat!

Internal. There was no sign of anything.

This was part of the reason that my OB never allowed any patients in before 7-8 weeks.. their reasoning is because there is "nothing" there.
I pray that this is just too soon to tell !!

5 weeks is really early. I went when I thought I was 5 weeks too and saw nothing. Went back a few days later saw the beginnings of a sack. And at 7 weeks saw the heartbeat. Do not lose hope. I know exactly how you feel, I felt exactly the same way when they didn't see anything, but give it time.

It might be too soon...I had my first sono at almost six weeks and all we saw was the fetal sac and yolk sac. It wasn't until the sono the following week that we were able to see the heartbeat.
Did they look to see if anything was in your tubes?

Your early, so the chances of seeing anything is unlikely. This is why most doctor's dont see the patients until at least 7-8 weeks.

I agree that it might just be too early. My doctor won't even see PGs before 7-8 weeks because you may or may not see anything before that.

I agree that it's probably too early to see anything. THe blood draw should give you a baseline HCG number and then the rate of doubling will probably be able to tell you if things are going the way they should.
Hang in there. Waiting is the hardest.

Stay strong. I agree with all the other women. It's probably just way to early. My doctor won't see patients until week 8 for that reason alone. Hang in there!!!! Don't lose faith
