yup CVS does them
i believe most pharmacies now do them...like rite aid, walgreens, etc.

I did mine when I applied for my passport. We actually had gotten our pics taken at Wallgreens but they were not the right size and had to be retaken at the passport place. They said they have a lot of trouble with photos from drugstores.

We used CVS and the PO wouldn't accept them for our passport application. They said CVS didn't take the photo correctly.
We had them redone at a portrait place next door to the PO when we dropped off our applications.
