I have my glucose test tomorrow!
After all the food I ate this weekend and over the holiday I am scared to take it.
I guess if I pass I really am ok!!!
I just  I won't have to do the longer one!!!

What you eat before hand really has nothing to do with passing the test. As long as your body is working properly then no matter what you eat you will pass.

I know, you're right....I just feel so guilty!
I only ate cheesecake, but good lord the lasagna, rice balls, and fried stuff I made, just can't be good!
Plus I have not walked in weeks because of my hip pain and being sick last week.

Maybe drinking water will flush out all the sweets from the holiday? Doubtful but worth a shot regardless
