We started with the "whatever happens, happens" route but shortly there after I started using OPKs to track my cycle.

When I went off BC in August I was hoping not to get pregnant right away which I suppose is a good thing bc I didn't. My cycles have been way off. I started using OPK's last month just to get an idea of when I am ovulating.

We are going to TTC soon. I think I'm going to go with the "whatever happens happens" route for the first little while and see what happens. I'm also very OCD and have bad anxiety so I know once I start temping, charting, etc. I might drive myself a little crazy.
I've been off BC since June and just been trying to get more in tune with my cycle without doing anything too scientific.

For the first month we did the whatever happens happens approach. But after I couldn't help but notice when I had fertile CM so I tracked that for I guess one month. Then figured why not use OPKs. Started temping in Sept just to make sure I was Oing. We used preseed from the second month on.
