Any tips

On how to get rid of 24 hour "morning sickness". It started Thursday night and since then I have to force myself to eat and feel queezy non-stop. I tried gingerale and saltines but no luck.

They worked wonders for me, and are available at any Motherhood, and also BRU....

U can also try:

Flat room temp Coca Cola

Fresh pieces of ginger (like you would get at a sushi restaurant if you like ginger)

I lived on bread and plain pasta for the first 3-4 months of PG (I was so nautious).

That's all I can think of for now....

Bland food really help. Carbs helped too. Also, I was constantly sucking on sour candies. Feel better!

Oh I feel your pain...I started with all day MS last Sunday and it has progressively become worse...this weekend was bad....I've been trying to drink water every chance I get...I feel worse in the AM when I wake...so everytime I wake in the middle of the night I try to drink a little water and eat a graham cracker...I find that if I eat something every few hours (despite not wanting to) it's a little better...yesterday was bad and my hubby is away so my mom brought over those preggie pops and they seem to work...I am trying everything from ginger ale to sour candies....I find that the ginger ale from Whole Foods seems to work better than the regular ginger ale...good luck!!!! I've also been sucking on peppermint lifesavers....

Eat whatever you can in small servings. Also, never let yourself get hungry...It makes it worse. Chat Icon
