Morning sickness..every other time BUT the morning
Like clock work every night around 8:00 pm the major headache creeps up on me that it ends up making me so nauseous - the idea of blinking makes it worst...my stomach jumps at the smell of anything...even the candles burning.
Now I'm at work and I feel so quesey out of no where...I want to cry...lol

I had a couple of saving graces:
Preggie pops - either the lollipops or the sucking candies
Ginger from the sushi place.... not sure why
Saltines....

My friend gave me a box pf preggie pops - i finished them 
I just grabbed a can of ginger ale - hoping it will calm my stomach....but someone just heated up some lunch and I SWEAR it smells like hot dog food - not that I have ever smelled hot dog food...but I'm assuming this smell is what it would smell like....

the other thing that helped me was a lemon smell when the smells were treacherous in the air....
and i never tried ginger ale, but i did sip coca cola, and that helped a WHOLE lot

I didn't suffer as badly as you are, but potato chips were the only thing that worked for me.

Ginger ale helps me. Acutally I think it's the burping after the ginger ale that helps. But whatever helps is good!
Citrus also helps. I bring 2-3 clementines w/ me a day. It's just enough to not feel queasy.
Definitely keep hydrated. I notice the nausea comes on stronger when I haven't been drinking that much water.

Gummy bears helped me a little, and also eating small snacks every hour--lol

I found that any lollipops helped. Just so you know I NEVER felt sick in the AM it was only at night and once in the afternoon.
