It really does pay to call and place a complaint about a product!
I had some play and sleep stretchies by gerber and they ripped in the washing machine! My mother washes all of the babies' clothes on delicate and the snaps seperated from the material!
Well, I called Gerber and they are replacing them all! I think that is pretty cool!

It is soooo true
I just called a company cause I was having leaking problems with with the tops of sippy cups - they are sending me new lids.
I had a problem with the wheels on my DD's highchair - they sent me new wheels
And I had a problem with an exersaucer and they sent me a new part for that too!!
I say it really doesn't hurt to complain - these companies really need to know about these things - especially the snaps - god forbid someones child got a hold of one of the snaps and it came off and they put it in their mouth

One time I called playtex because I couldn't find the right nipples that I needed in her bottles ANYWHERE --- I literally checked like 5 different stores ----- and they sent me about 5 nipples for free!

I had a problem w/ a brand new Dr. Brown's manual pump & they sent me an entirely new one in 2 days.
I also had a problem w/ the FisherPrice Bouncer & they sent me the new snap attachment for it.
