I know someone who had her baby at 26w (1lb6oz) and she's a perfectly healthy 2-yr old now!

i'm so sorry to hear you're on bed rest... i did 7 weeks of bed rest at home, and it was hard, so i can't imagine doing it in the hospital! wishing you only the best - keep us posted, and hang in there!

This happened to my friend at 32 weeks and she delievered twin boys a couple of days after one of their water started leaking. One was just under 4 pounds, the other just over 4 pounds. They stayed in NICU for about 2 weeks. They are now almost 4 years old, healthy and they have no development problems.
Stay positive and try to keep that baby in as long as you can!!
