EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!
I just spoke with DH's brother who had been offering us the opportunity to buy his house. DH owned this house w/his brother prior to us getting married and wanted us to try and get our own house. However, after applying for the loan and being approved, nothing else has been said about it.
We saw BIL on Saturday and he happened to mention he knew someone who was renting an apartment and I called him to get the info. He asked if we were looking to move and I told him yes and why...and he then started telling me about the house. He's currently renting it out to his wifes family. Their lease is up in July, but he was looking to have them move out for other reasons. He told us not to worry about that part because they would move. It would be up to us to make the decision. So..I spoke with DH and he wants to do it as well.
SO LADIES... IT LOOKS LIKE WE ARE MOVING!!! I AM SO FREAKIN EXCITED!! You ALL know how MISERABLE I have been in this apartment. Although it may take about 2-3 months, AT THIS POINT..I really don't care, because at least I KNOW there is a plan to move. So I'll deal for now..but
WE ARE MOVING and not only are we moving, but we are no longer going to be RENTING, we are going to OWN our own house and won't have anyone above or under us!! ALLELIUAH!!!
