Call me crazy if you want, but look what i did!
Both kids LOVE it and get so excited when I turn the lights on! And Genevieve understands the concept of presents this year! I cant wait until Christmas morning to see her face!

My mantle stll has pumpkins on it and we have Halloween decorations still up...

hey im all for the christmas spirit i dont think your crazy at all if we didnt do a real tree i think i would probably do mine soon  i cant wait for christmas its my favorite time of the year

i put my tree up today also. the kids were so excited. so i said, why not?. i usually do it the day after thanksgiving so whats a few days early.
btw. i love how your lights go around the tree like that. i have never seen it done like that. i really love it.

Okay, I do think you are a little crazy but it DOES look beautiful.
And honestly, I know that I get so much more excited for things now that I have a 2 year old in the house. I kinda want to get into the swing of things with Christmas because I want Emily to have a while to really absorb, and enjoy it.
To be honest we've been watching Christmas Movies (Mainly the Muppet Family Chrismtas special) since September, just because we have to watch movies with her when she takes the nebulizer and we were bored of all the same things.
So crazy or not, I love it! Enjoy!

looks beautiful! If you're able to get that done already I'd hardly call you crazy but rather I'm sitting her in awe! b/c I thought I was getting a jump on the season but I'm still freaking out about all that's left to do and how fast it goes. I love the tree but since ours is always real we have to wait. Enjoy!
