What is on top of your dresser?
Just got new bedroom furniture and it is plain, plain, plain on top of the dresser. What do you have on top of your dresser? I need ideas please! :)

When we buy a house- I would rather put a plasma on the wall over it- I hate how the TV looks- but I can't sleep with out it

TV and wedding picture.... that's it!
we like to avoid clutter (translation: non-essential items that need dusting every week  ), so only the basics are on our dresser.

My jewelry box in the middle, the on either side, a glass tealight candle holder we gave out for our weddings, which are sitting in front of a picture of each of us when we were babies.

I have lots of crap on my dresser too---and it drives me nuts.
But amoung the crap is some stuff that I'd want there either way.
One small silver jewlery box, one large wooden jewlery box that my MIL made for me before she passed away.
A few picture frames.
Perfume bottles---including some hand-blown glass "oil" perfume bottles --- I'd like to get more of these, I think they are beautiful.

Jewlery box.. frame.. lamp.. and some crappy boxes for my costume jewlery. I wish it looked nicer.. I was thinking of putting some hooks on the wall above it to hang costume necklaces.
