SAHM's what do you wear every day?

I know this has been talked about before....
I feel so frumpy lately, and its really effecting me. I always said Id never be one of those moms who wear sweats & sneakers all the time, but I guess it has happened.
First just in the house, but now I have been running errands wearing them-and this is something I said Id NEVER do! lol
So....what do you wear thats comfy AND cute?

In the winter I wear sweater, jeans and low heeled boots. If we're going somewhere like Gymboree (where I'll be moving around a lot) or staying home, I have a velour sweatsuit - its nicer than a regular sweatsuit, but comfy and makes me feel better than old sweats do.

I want to get a pair of "nice" sneakers - to be comfy in this winter too.

I admit, some days I don't get out of sweats!
If I am home, I don't really care what I look like. If I go out at all, I will shower and look nice. I would rarely ever venture out in sweats at all.

i know...and Im getting into such a rut- Im embarrassed to say that now that the weather is getting colder, I have been known to stay in my PJs all day

such a good question! i always hated "dressing up" for work so i love not having to get fancy BUT i also hate being that mom too in my sweats constantly! unfortunately i wind up wearing yoga pants and some shirt/turtleneck cardigan with it. sometimes cargo pants with a sweater and nice sneakers, or jeans and ugg type boots. i usually look like a slob though i am not that mom that looks put together-definitely not a hot mom!
well, i'm trying to get there but it's too much work!

I have always been a sweats and sneakers person so that doesnt bother me that much. As soon as I got home from work, I would throw on my sweats..run out to do errands or whatever. So thats me now, nothing really changed.

If I have to take her to a ped appointment or if we are going out for the day, I make it a point to straighten my hair, put more makeup on, I will wear jeans with boots and a sweater. I want to feel good about myself at least a couple of days out of the week.


I am perfectly content though hanging out in my pjs all day...but then the next day I make it a point to get dressed at least a bit.

In the winter I wear jeans and long sleeve tees when I'm home or yoga pants and a tee. In the summer capris and tees. Nothing all too fashionable that's for sure. I do enjoy dressing nice the two days that I work. It's really hard to be a SAHM and stay totally fashionable. I feel like whatever I wear is going to get dirty and stained so I never want to wear anything nice that I spent much money on.

At home: Jeans and cute Tees and sweats.

Going out: I get dressed up

Jeans and tees. I try to stay away from sweats since I expand very easily

I was in Jeans n a tee this AM to go to swimming lessons... I just showered and put on sweats and a tee, more comfy to clean the house

I really like to shop and wear new clothes - so I try to dress at least half nicely all day.

My "scrubby, comfy" outfit would be converse sneakers, jeans, and a sweater or long sleeved T.

At home: boxers or jeans and usually a t-shirt or sweatshirt (the more holey & shredded, the better. )

If we're going out, then I throw on better jeans & top. Right now, I primarily wear jeans and a button down since I'm pregnant (maternity wear is not designed with my boobies in mind. )

I wear comfy sweats around the house... Rarely do I leave the house in them. I always put on nice jeans, a sweater and boots or nice shoes. The second I come home, the sweats go back on!

I wear sweat outfits...things that match together. Other days I throw on jeans and a sweater.

I try not to sit around in my sweat pjs because then I feel like crap all day.

I wear pants/slacks and sweaters for going out.
If Im home all day, sweats and baggy tee or sweater.

some days I am really lazy and wear yoga pants all day - - other days I wear jeans and a sweater.

The usual, Khaki's, t-shirts, sweaters, velour suits, shirts in summer.

I hate jeans because I can never find a pair that fits and feels comfortable so I wear yoga pants or sweats.

Before kids I swore that I would never look like a frump and would always wear nice clothes, full makeup and styled hair but now 2 years later...I'm a frump!

I need a makeover desperately!
