When you sneeze...
Now that I am 4 months, I have had 3 experiences so far where I sneeze and it feels like my uterus is being ripped out. I end up holding my tummy and apologizing to   . Am I alone here?

It hurt more to sneeze in the beginning. Now it makes me pee, but I suppose I should be grateful - there was a time it hurt AND made me pee.

I hold my stomach as well. Same thing for speed bumps.
I sneezed so hard the other day twice that the baby kicked back!

that's my favorite part, aside from peeing on myself when I get off the toilet.....now THAT'S my favorite!!!

No, not alone. I think most if not all pregnant woman through out their pregnancy experience the pain from sneezing and coughing. It hurts like a mutha at times. Sore afterwards...

Yes I feel the same way when I am blowing my nose! Feels like the uterus is being pulled from the skin! I was trying to explain the feeling to my DH. Now I hold my stomach when blowing my nose.
