Mac and FIOS internet. Is yours slow?
I noticed that the speed on my Mac is slow at my friends house but her PC working just fine and it's so fast.
Anyone have FIOS internet and surf on a Mac?

We get the same speed on a mac and a pc. Both through wireless, though.

I took mine over and connected to there wireless but it was slow.

you don't get full advertise speeds on wireless due to it be wireless and it can't handle the though put...remember, the speed you get is primarly adversite if you are download/uploading gfrom within the network or very local...once you leave a given network, the speed is up to other carries that lines run though the various states...
wired speeds will give better speeds...
a good place to test speeds is dslreports.com
