I started them late. DS has been eating puffs since he was 10 months old and just started eating cherrios at 13 months old.

not until DD was almost crawling. She was holding herself up on the floor and scooching backwards. The puffs container said they should be crawling, so I waited until then (even though she wasn't REALLY crawling yet.)

Taylor is about 6 1/2 months....she really isn't into cheerios or puffs, I put them on her high chair once in awhile, she pushes them around but if it goes into her mouth, she usually spits it out.
My dad gave her a mini bagel the other day and she had more fun with that

Puffs at 7 months, Cheerios at 9 months. He never had a problem with Puffs, but choked on cheerios, so that's why we delayed those. Puffs tend to melt easier I guess.

I was just thinking about this this morning. I couldn't remember when I started giving them to Nate. I let Jayden suck on a Biter Biscuit on Sat and he enjoyed it. I only gave it to him for a min or so and was like... Wow this is different.
