Maybe because she is one of the few Hollywood starlets that has not been arrested or is in rehab. She may be the only one available for a photo shoot. Thats my guess.

Noggin ends at 6 pm and another channel called "The N" starts and goes until 6 am. They have alot of teen shows (laguna, Dawsons Creek, etc) and old Fresh Prince reruns. I think the poster meant 12:30 am though.
