When Janet (not sure of the actresses name) is talking to Vince (Mark Walhberg) trying to explain to him that she's now ready for a relationship. And before she can finish her sentence, he grabs her and pulls her towards him and gives THE BEST KISS!!
I just LOVE him and imagined myself being Janet  which could be why I think it's the best kiss ever!
