1. Pay off all debt except mortgage
2. Buy a bigger, nicer house for me, and one for my mom, brother, and sister. And I guess my MIL.

First, I'd hire an financial planner.
Then, quit my job. (Not sure about DH, he'd probably work for another year.)
Next, I'd fly our families to some tropical resort for a week to celebrate.
Then, I would buy houses - a nice lakehome, a city apartment and a villa in a ski town.
I'd spend the rest of my life living off the interest. Traveling between houses, volunteering, and showing my kids the world.
