AF Question
Hi girls! Not quite TTC yet, but recently went off the pill so I could check out my cycle, count days, etc.
So I had some spotting earlier in the week and then my first "official" day was yesterday. So is yesterday "Day 1" or is the first day of spotting Day 1?
Sorry for my ignorance-I am very new to this!

First day of full flow counts as Day 1 - so yesterday.

Thanks! And when you girls say CD1 or CD10 are you talking about the number of days since your first AF day??

CD1=Cycle Day 1, meaning the first day of AF. Then once you've determined you've ovulated, you can count in DPO (days past ovulation).
