Two chains listed belong to one parent company that my hubby works for (in their corporate headquarters).
Also, many people listed getting food poisoning. Calling it food poisoning is a common misnomer. Instead of saying food poisoning it is more accurate to say food infection. I was told this by an ER doctor and have confirmed it online and with other doctors.

Any Fast Food Place (McDs, Taco Bell, etc.)
