much more often than we should. I cut myself some slack though, because the month before we moved was ridiculously busy. We also didn't have a dishwasher, so making dinner in a TINY kitchen was just a huge hassle.
Now that I have my new kitchen, we've only eaten out once since we've been here!

Wayyy too much.
And I always find when we eat out more than 2-3 times a week, thats when I start putting on a few extra lbs and I then have to cut back on eating out.
You know, b/w portion sizes, selection of "bad" foods, and how they prepare the food, it always shows up on my scale if we go out too much.

I eat lunch out almost 5 days a week.
We eat dinner out at least once a week.

Including grab and go, I'd say 3-4 times a week. We usually do dinner out once a week and on the weekends if we're out and about we'll grab lunch, too. And during the week I'll usually go out to lunch with co-workers (sit-down) once, DH will usually grab some quiznos once during the week, too.
But mostly we go to less expensive places. Dinner out is usually under $40 and lunches are usually $10-$20 for the both of us (and that's on the high end).

we used to eat out twice a week, now with the boys it is hard.
Maybe once or twice a month

we have cut back on this considerably
I would say maybe 1 time per week and it's usually take out
we used to go out or get take out 4 or 5 times per week- we are saving a ton!
