Does anyone get upset or feel weird when people stare at your belly?
I have found once I really started showing, and even more so now it kind of annoys me when I see people staring at my belly. I'm not sure why..maybe because I feel HUGE..but it really does get to me. ESPECIALLY when I see people taking a double take and then just staring until I look right at them.

Nahhhhhh....I dont mind at all..usually Im on bedrest by now so I guess this all such a novelty to me.

I dont have this problem since I am on bedrest but I actually like the nurses coming in after being away for days or weeks rotation and seeing my growing belly and rubbing it.

I minded when people would look and you could tell they were trying to figure out if I was PG or getting fat.

I can't believe how many people look & stare...I had no idea preggos get stared at!! I don't mind it, I think its just a genuine interest/curiosity thing...and not a judgemental thing.

As a "belly starer" I thought I'd share the reason I look at a woman's belly; I find it so fascinating! Every woman carries so differently. I'll often wonder, is that what I will look like preggers? There's no bad intention on my part. I guess I didn't really realize that would make someone upset. I'll definitely be more mindful!

YES!!!! Totally agree!
I ike the nurses touching but when I was pregoo with my first its so true strangers would try to rub me like a Buddah doll and it would freak me out. I dont know where those hands have been.

I really think it's just me..so please by all means go ahead and stare. I guess because this time around I did it the way I intended to...as opposed to when I had my son, I still feel stuck in that day/age when I was only 19 having a baby and having women look at me with more of a disgraced look than an AWW how cute, or wow how good she looks etc look. . Silly I know...but that's just me
