My new best friend
Seriously - I got this thing today and I am in love. It has already made my life so much easier and more some reason it is helping me to yield more milk (something about the positioning). Anyway, just thought I would share. A MUST for pumping moms imo! Image Attachment(s):

we have the halter and the strapless. the strapless is much easier to use. it was a life saver when i had to take care of olivia and pump. i sent the picture to dh and he sent it around to evryone at work and said look this is what my wife uses. how embarassing.

What exactly are Lily Padz? I just looked it up and I'm not sure I see the benefit over disposables...

it's a strapless bra that holds the breast pump onto your boobs so you don't have to hold the pumps...it frees your hands and allows you to do other things. in fact, i'm using it right now
