have you ever seen a picture of yourself and realized that you look a lot heavier than you thought?
Today I saw pictures of a party we were at on Saturday. I know I had put about 15 lbs on since our wedding and I am not happy about it... but honestly I looked BIG in these pics. I didn't realize how much it showed.

Yes, especially if the pics are from the side. I think I look huge. And my face sometimes looks much rounder than i thought it was. So i don't know if my mirrors are wrong, or the camera.

I always think I am the fattest, ugliest and scariest looking girl around. But when I saw my wedding pictures... OMG. They made me cry. I didn't realize until that moment just HOW scary I was.

Yes, I saw pics from father's day and I  It did not help that I was wearing a horizontally stripd shirt but still..I saw myself and though OMG where did I GO?????

sometimes. sometimes I look thinner than I think. sometimesI look bigger.
I honestly think it depends on many things...camera angle, body angle, and how I feel about myself on any given day.

Yes.... often... and my hair is falling out faster than I think. When I look in the mirror, my hair looks OK, but I can't easily see the back of my head, which is where the mutiny is happening, and everyone is jumping ship....

that reminds me of that episode of Friends when they're watching the prom video and they show fat Monica and she goes "shut up, the camera adds 10 lbs" and Chandler goes "how many cameras are on you exactly???"
seriously though, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. i always think i look like a beached whale and DH always tells me that i'm beautiful. i'll take his word for it.

When I saw the pics from a Memorial Day BBQ I got so depressed. I knew I gained since moving but I didn't realize how big I looked. My mirror lied to me  because I was feeling good in that outfit too.

Yea, when I got some pictures from my friends wedding. It made me realize I need to loose some weight & that is why I jump started my cardio & diet again! Sometimes it is a good "realization" tool

It depends for me. Sometimes I think, 'whoa, what's up, sow?' and then other times I'm surprised by how small I look. It's all in my mind's messed up eye.
